Goodnight! My name is Sérgio and today I underwent gallbladder removal surgery scheduled by Dr. Rogério through Clínica Farés VNC! The entire team was very well prepared and requested... I was very scared of the procedure, but when I arrived I was very well looked after from reception to post-surgery! The hospital is great, the professionals are very well prepared and the procedure was super simple… A tip, you don’t need to be afraid!!!! The surgical center team was extremely professional. I went to Saha to have bariatric surgery and what a horrible team The anesthetist placed the access crooked, some of the medications went into the vein and some leaked into my arm and in the two days I was there no nurse fixed this (at least the one in the night did things with care) but the ones in the morning in addition to mackerels, they also said that it was super normal to feel a lot of pain every time they put medicine in the access, they didn't even bother to see that one arm was more swollen than the other, the same nurse applied the anticoagulant injection so badly that even After 15 days I have a black bruise the size of an orange on my stomach. After the surgery, I needed to pee and asked for help about 10 times and none of the nurses left their place, I had to hold it until I got to the room and walked alone. The physiotherapist did everything in a hurry and was carrying the IV pole, pulling on the access because she was moving very quickly. In the ward there is no chair for the companion to stay next to the patient and at reception they do not allow the companion to wait for the patient to leave surgery.

I go to the SAHA hospital every month to receive an injectable medicine. The care team is very good, I have nothing but praise. Doctors, nurses and nursing technicians were all very careful and kind. NOW MAKE AN APPOINTMENT BY WHATSAPP…… my goodness. I've never seen someone who doesn't know how to talk deal with customer service. It all started with the customer service person sending me a message saying they needed a new prescription (the prescription will expire in January) to schedule the December infusion. I explained to her that the prescription was valid, I confirmed it with my health insurance, I checked my medical history, I confirmed the doses I had already received... in short, I explained everything to that person, who continued to respond to me with completely disconnected texts, without punctuation, accentuation and ignoring everything I said. And then at the end of it all, it kept repeating that my prescription expires in January, even though I had informed that. I can't schedule it for December... anyway, HORRIBLE. Customer experience was with God.

I had bariatric surgery at Saha Hospital on 21/09. When I went back to see the doctor, he said he hadn't received my biopsy results. Since then it has been a saga to receive. I already called there. I have already sent an email twice. I asked the clinic for help. They told me that the Hospital said I had to contact the Fleury laboratory. I just called, and there is no test for my CPF. I had my first surgery at this hospital and I loved the reception, the nurses were wonderful and very patient with me, I was a little nervous due to the procedure to be performed and at all times there was a nurse asking if I needed anything. The food was also impeccable and the room service was clean and left me in the best possible way. Surgery 07/25/23. Great!! My first hospitalization, I underwent the uterine artery embolization procedure to treat fibroids. I just have to thank the care and efficiency of all the staff, from the reception, pantry (simple, balanced diet), cleaning, nutritionist, nurses always came to ask how I was, measuring pressure, T, oxygenation, heart and the entire medical team, attentive and patient, explaining everything with willingness. There was a small problem with the equipment and the surgery was rescheduled smoothly and quickly.
